Another thing that I made way too often so we got burnt out on and now we want it again.
YOU NEED: (not really specific measurements because I like to pile on the veggies on "my" side and skimp on the chicken and vice versa on "john's" side, so I just kind of eye everything.)
-1-2 pkgs Jiffy pizza crust mix (depending on how many you make it for)
- shredded bbq chicken (You will need it precooked, so i usually just use leftovers of my BBQ Chicken recipe, or if I know I'm gonna make it at somepoint that week I throw a couple breasts in the crockpot with just plain old bbq sauce right when i get back from the grocery store)
- left over sauce from BBQ chicken recipe* or Bottled BBQ sauce (i.e. sweet baby ray's)
- shredded mozzerella cheese
- Red, Green and/or Yellow peppers and green onions (you can do whatever veggies you want we just like these)
Make crust according to package. Spread BBQ sauce all over crust, sprinkle with mozzerella cheese. top with shredded chicken and veggies. I drizzle a little more sauce over the top as well. Cook according to directions on jiffy box.
EASY and a good use of leftovers.
* I use the sauce because it is a little spicier and tangier than just sweet baby rays alone
